Controlled motion infeed conveyor system increases hand load productivity

Capable of conveying and counting hand-placed items at speeds up to 50 batches per minute, this continuous motion, flighted conveyor has been designed to be simple to use, dependable and operationally flexible to double the productivity of hand load applications.

When used in conjunction with the infeed and packaging machine, an operator retrieves products from the load tray and places them into the conveyor flights. The conveyor then delivers the product to the detection eye and accumulating funnel. Once the pre-set count is reached, the product is dropped into the bag, sealed and detached, while another bag is presented for loading. This continuous conveying and counting motion speeds productivity in most hand-load applications.

Introducing the infeed and packaging system

It is a controlled motion infeed conveyor that increases hand load productivity.

The machine features a stainless steel load shelf and flighted conveyor ideal for small parts and kitting applications parts are conveyed to an electronic field eye that can detect and count product.

The machine sets the pace of production and is capable of packaging at speeds up to 50 batches per minute.

The simple colorful touch screen enables easy set-up of parts per bag, conveyor speed, and continuous or intermittent indexing.

Once the pre-determined  part count is reached, the product is funneled into the bag which is automatically sealed and dispensed, while another bag is indexed fro loading.
